We offer a no-nonsense returns policy of 7 days from receipt of your items (14 days for international). In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, we will reimburse the full cost of return postage. However, postage costs for exchanges and refunds of non-faulty goods are the consumers responsibility.
Please note that we are only able to exchange for the same item in a different size. It is not possible to exchange for another item.
Returned lingerie (undergarments?) must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all its labels and tags. Due to the delicate nature of hosiery, we are unable to exchange or refund any stockings or tights once they have been opened. If you have opened your stockings or tights and are not happy with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to help.
Please be aware that if you live outside of the EU, you may be charged duty. (VAT (20%) is taken off when you put in a none EU address when checking out... maybe not valid for you), but you might be charged duty when the item is imported into your country. It is your responsibility to pay for any import duty and fees.
Most countries have sensible duty levels allowing you to import items valued at up to a few hundred dollars without incurring import fees. However, there's always a few exceptions to the rule, Canada in particular has a very low duty level and there will be duty to pay on receipt. Duty levels can vary significantly and are applied to the total invoice including shipping, so please check with your country's Customs and Excise office to find out more.
